Before You Book

Arriving On Time

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals or no-shows may result in loss of payment. We recommend arriving 10 minutes early.

Booking with a Junior Barber

Junior Barbers are still in training. A Senior or Master Barber will always check your cut before you leave. A discount applies and your feedback helps us improve.

Payment

Your booking is only confirmed once payment is made. Please add your card and tap “Place Booking and Pay”.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule up to 4 hours before your appointment via the app for a full refund.

Loyalty Scheme

Please check the loyalty T&Cs before applying any reward codes.
